How can I book you as my family photographer?
You’ll receive styling guidance and my outfit guide to help you feel confident and put together without overthinking it. I’m always happy to offer feedback or help you refine your choices so everything feels cohesive and photographs beautifully.
What should we wear?
The ideal time for maternity photos is typically between 28 and 34 weeks. During this window, your bump is beautifully visible while you’re still comfortable enough to move and enjoy the experience. That said, I’m always happy to adjust based on how you’re feeling and your personal preference.
When is the best time for maternity photos?
That’s completely okay and honestly very normal. I approach every session with patience and flexibility, allowing space for your children to be themselves. I’ll gently guide things as needed so we can still create beautiful, genuine images regardless of how the session unfolds.
What if my kids don’t cooperate?
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will reschedule to a better date. I monitor conditions closely to ensure we have the best possible light and overall experience.
What if the weather is bad?
Yes, I do offer extended family sessions. These are a bit more customized depending on group size and location, so please reach out with a few details and I’ll send over availability and pricing tailored to your family.

Family and maternity sessions are typically held outdoors at a location we choose together. Newborn sessions take place in your home, creating a more relaxed and meaningful environment.
When will we receive our photos?
Your gallery will be delivered within approximately two weeks, thoughtfully edited and ready for you to download, share, and enjoy.
Do you travel for sessions?
Yes, I serve families throughout the Triangle area and am happy to travel to a location that’s meaningful to you. Travel beyond my typical service area may include a small fee, depending on distance.
